CRED: First of all, can you tell us a little about yourself? Where are you from, ethnicity, etc?

IKANDY: I was born and raised in Silver Spring, MD, and currently reside in New Orleans, Louisiana. I'm of Cambodian descent, and speak the language fluently. I'm a full-time nurse, a single mom of three, a business student and model. I have many talents, and drawing and music are to name a few. I am a very driven, goal-oriented and ambitious person. I'm extremely fun, light-hearted and out-going, despite my many tragic struggles. I've over come and surpassed many obstacles in my life that many has not witnessed in their own. I am proud of who I am today because of it, and my current goal? To be an inspiration to everyone.

CRED: Do you like sports? If so what’s your favorite and why:

IKANDY: I just got into football recently. And I WOULD HAVE TO SAY- GOOOOOOOO SAIINTSS!! Why?! Because they are winning! and also New Orleans is giving me that fame! I also played volleyball in high school and was captain of JV.

CRED: How long have you been modeling? What inspired you to become a Model?

IKANDY: I've modeled for 2 and half years, and dove in it hardcore these past few months. I have a big fan base in only less than 2 months! It is my dream to be in the entertainment industry, modeling is what I do best. It gave me confidence that I needed to overcome a few of my obstacles. Many people throughout my life have mentioned the route to me, and I eventually did, after I finished nursing school. My inspirations? Financially stability for my family, and of course fame! 

CRED: How will you change the game?

IKANDY: I’m not in the business of modeling, just because I think I’m pretty. I have future aspirations of becoming more than just a model, but a role model, a leader and an entrepreneur. I’m here to inspire those with hardships to conquer all that life throws at them, and to fulfill their dreams. You have to push yourself to the limits, and for me, there are no limits to success!

CRED: What else do you do for fun?

IKANDY: I enjoy baking brownies, eating popcorn and watching a block buster movie or bootleg if I’m broke. I also love to dance on Bourbon Street and I love to eat!

CRED: What is your idea of a good date?

IKANDY: I love amusement parks.. but that’s such a cliché date, huh? Take me somewhere fun and anywhere we can talk, but don’t forget to feeeeeeed meeeee! 

CRED: Who’s your favorite entertainer/musician/vocalist or rapper?

IKANDY: BEYONCE ! Because she is just so damn classy! I love Lady Gaga because she worked hard to get where she's at plus we share the same birthday, pop would be boring without her and I love Ne-Yo! He's my favorite R&B singer, and I also got to be in his video, and I like LiL Wayne, lol , cause he's funny, he has personality and it shows in his music. My all time favorite singer is Nelly Furtado, she’s the only one, that I’ve bought all CD’s to. She’s different, and her music is moody.

CRED: What is your favorite song (currently)?

IKANDY: my favorite song is Red Rose by Phantom, an upcoming Rap Star in New Orleans.

CRED: What do people say is your best feature?

IKANDY:My ASS, lol, CHEEK BONES and my EYES.. lol .. my top three.

CRED: What’s the crazy pick up line you’ve heard from guys trying to get your attention?

IKANDY: I always get... Are u Chinese or Asian????

CRED: What’s the best thing about modeling?

IKANDY: The people I meet. 

CRED: Is there anything you want to let the people know, any parting words?Any shout outs in closing?
